Jeremy is a licensed property manager with 25 years of experience in property management, property maintenance and insurance. Jeremy is a married father of four children, member of the ROA, and owns rental properties with Kacy. Jeremy is the leader and visionary of the Next Generation team.
Kacy Gourley, administrator, has spent much of her life around all aspects of construction property maintenance, repair and more thanks to being the daughter of a passionate and driven general contractor. She also has an additional ten years of experience in banking and customer service.
Co-owner Corkey Gourley has spent the better part of the last four decades managing his own properties and the residential and commercial properties of others. His philosophy on property management is simple: he wants to manage in the most effective way possible and create the type of return on investment he himself would like to see, every time.
Together, these three hardworking and dedicated professionals make up the core of the Next Generation Property Management team and can’t wait to get started helping you excel in the wonderful world of real estate today.

Kacy Gourley
Owner/ VP of Operations
Kacy has worked with Jeremy in property management for over 10 years and previous experience in banking and customer service. She is an expert in all thing’s property management. Kacy is a married, loving mother of four children, and member of the ROA.
Corkey Gourley
Owner
Corkey has managed his own properties and other’s residential and commercial properties for over 36 years. Serving in an advisory role to Jeremy and Kacy, Corkey recently retired from State Farm where he gained experience in insurance and property protection since 1988.

After shopping through MANY property management companies, as well as my own personal experiences as a renter I can honestly say that Next Generation is the best company I have ever worked with. They are thorough, expeditious, and most of all friendly. There are not enough people these days that care about tenants and owners. These are the kind of people that do not let their managed properties become slums, and will not allow owners to neglect their tenants. If you are considering doing business with them, do not give it a second thought.

**** UPDATE - 3-6-23 - Still receiving amazing support from Jeremy and the Next Generation team. I recently needed a new roof after a series of problems and leaks. Troy got me a number of estimates, I thought I'd found a better estimate but it turns out the contractor made a mistake in his calculation. I found that my "better price" was only about $400 better than the one that Troy and Jeremy found. I gained new respect for the team. They did an awesome job and honestly $400 wasn't worth the hassle. Knowing what I know now on that project I would have just gone with the contractor the Next Gen team had found. Their price was very competitive and would have been a lot less stress for me.

Their accounting is clear, and funds are always received in a timely manner.

Although I am not a tenant of Next Generation, a situation in my neighborhood made it necessary to communicate and assist them in reconciling an unpleasant tenancy. Their concern for others' safety and comfort went beyond what most current companies consider customer service. I would not hesitate leasing from them if the situation arose.
